On Wednesday, July 16th, Louella’s invites you to join us for their seventh annual Fried Chicken & Champagne Dinner. Combining a bit of local Durham, North Carolina Fried Chicken with some of France’s finest organic grower-producers in Champagne. This year, we invited our friends at Lula & Sadies to serve up some of their finest fried chicken, accompanied by three signature sides, while we poured and chatted about what makes Champagne Bliard so unique. Starting with the 1er Cru Fondamentaux will be a surefire way to start the tastebud engines before we dive into two more premier cru selections from this esteemed estate.
