Do you have a large party but don’t need privacy? Sounds like you need a “Traditional” Large Party Reservation! Or maybe you have a location but you just need everything else? We do catering! But if you’re looking to have a private celebration in our beautiful Lakewood establishment…you are in the right place! Please read the information below before submitting the booking form!

Main Dining Room
We have two spaces, the Bar and the Rooftop Patio, that can be reserved individually, or you can book the entire restaurant, we call this a “Full Restaurant Buyout.”

Accommodates up 40 guests.
Bathrooms are shared with main dining room.

Open-air rooftop with light overhead coverage.
Accommodates up to 50 guests.
2 gender neutral restrooms accessible from the rooftop.
Open based on weather.
Rooftop access is by staircase only - no elevator/assistance available.

Includes the Main Dining Room, Bar, and Rooftop Patio.
Provides the most space and privacy.
Our Main Dining Room has seating for up to 75 guests, bringing the total seating count up to 150 guests when including Rooftop Patio and Bar.
*Please note that we are a first confirmed, first reserved establishment. 50% of rental-retainer is required to reserve your date and time.
Let’s talk about money, honey!
Rental retainer is a non-refunded, non-taxed charge associated with closing a specified area of the restaurant to the general public for your private event. Prices are for up to 4 hours. Additional pricing may be associated with a longer time frame. Rules/Regulations may not be applicable for off-site catering events.
You can access the space for set up as early as 60 minutes prior to your reserved time. However, please note that you may not disturb other guests who are using the space at that time. As needed, Lula & Sadie’s staff will help inform customers that there is a private event and ask them to vacate the space at the beginning of your allotted set-up time (typically 45-60 minutes prior to event).
20% Living Wage Fee will be added to the final bill. Gratuity is optional. (This does not include rental retainers. This charge only applies to food and beverage packages.)

Bar Packages
*An average guest spend will be required for open bar & ticketed bar options at the cost of $16/guest/hour.

There will be one communal tab for event guests that will be paid for by the host at the end of the event, including tax & living wage fee.

The Host, you create an “open bar” tab and set a specific amount decided prior to the event (pre-tax). Example: Tab will be OPENED until $300 is reached (including tax) then switch to individual guest tabs.

1 ticket = 1 drink (including non-alcoholic drinks). As the host, you will hand-out tickets to your guests based on your choosing. One bar tab open for all tickets and closed at the end of your event - pre-purchased option available.

Guests will order and be responsible for paying for their own drinks during the event.

Menu items include a variety of poultry, meats, seafood, vegetables and more. Please see our online menu for reference. During the booking process, we will send you a document with specific food options so that you may finalize your decision (food availability/quantity is subject to change). We take pride in sourcing & supporting local & NC state food & beverage producers and farms.
As a full-service food & beverage establishment, outside/personal food, beverage, and dessert are not allowed on our premises. Thank you!
