A “Traditional” Large Party Reservation is for parties of 10 to 35 guests. If you have 7 guests or less, please make a reservation here. If you plan to have 36 guests or more, a private event is the best option.
Reservations: Reservations for parties of 8 to 35 guests should be made over the phone during our regular business hours. There will be a required $20 per person deposit to secure all reservations for parties of more than 7 guests (Fully refundable with cancellations made 48+ hours before time). (Please note that a charge of $20 per every person that is a no-show will be forfeited)
Timing: Please note that due to the high volume of guests, we set a 2-hour time limit on your experience in order to accommodate everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Location: You may request what area of the restaurant you would like to be in (main dining room, bar area, or rooftop patio) and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability* and amount of guests in your party.
*Please keep in mind that we are a first confirmed, first reserved establishment.
Menu: “Traditional” Large Parties will be ordering from our regular menu. Please note that your reservation requires one form of payment when it comes time to pay your bill or can be evenly split between two guests.
Outside Food/Beverage: No outside food or beverages, of any kind are allowed, with the exception of unopened wines/champagnes (There will be a $15 corkage fee applied).

Deposit will be applied to final bill. If reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of event, deposit is non-refundable.
20% Living Wage Fee will be added to the final bill. Gratuity is optional.
No Send Back Policy: At Lula & Sadie’s, we take great pride in the quality and preparation of our dishes. Each plate is crafted with care, using fresh ingredients and traditional Southern flavors. While we strive to satisfy every guest, we also stand firmly behind our culinary team’s craftsmanship.
Therefore, we have a No Send-Back Policy for food returned solely based on personal preference or taste after it has been prepared and served.
Acceptable reasons for a food return include:
1. Health & Safety Concerns:
If the food is undercooked (e.g., raw poultry or seafood), shows signs of spoilage, or presents any health risk, we will immediately address the issue and replace the item.
2. Incorrect Order:
If the dish received is not what was ordered (e.g., the wrong item, missing ingredients, or allergies not accommodated as requested), we will promptly correct the error at no additional cost.
3. Allergy or Dietary Miscommunication:
If a dish was meant to be adjusted for allergies or dietary restrictions and was not, we will remake it to ensure your safety.
We kindly ask guests to communicate clearly with their server regarding preferences, allergies, or expectations before ordering. Our team is always happy to offer recommendations or clarify ingredients. However, returns based on general dislikes or changing one’s mind after tasting will not be honored, as each dish is made to order and affects food waste, staff time, and service flow.
